<p>After the successful launch of the first "Bear" -H aircraft in September 1979, the series of aircraft was started after 1981, and as the bear's production line reopened, the Soviet Union began to produce an upgraded Of the new "Bear" turboprop bombers to enrich their long-range bomber power.
