<p>The Spektrum™ AR630+ 6 Channel AS3X+ Receiver is a DSM2® and DSMX® capable receiver with a compact footprint to fit in a wide range of aircraft. The AR630+ is a full-range 6-channel receiver with built-in AS3X+® and SAFE® stabilization. The all-new AS3X+ stabilization algorithm creates better flight performance, improved sensor accuracy and data rate, and provides pilots with a generationally different feel compared to AS3X. There is no delay in control response or limits on control throws. You’ll simply feel like you’re flying an expertly tuned model that does exactly what you want.</p> <p>*Please note – Using this receiver in turbine-powered aircraft models is not recommended</p> <p>The AR630+ features fly-by-range telemetry, a bind button for easy binding with no plugs necessary, SmartSafe technology, Hold Last, and preset failsafe types set through Forward Programming. It also features Smart Telemetry support and Smart Throttle support. Additionally, Smart Model Files allow BNF models to be stored on the receiver to automatically set the model at bind.</p> <p>With Smart Technology, the normal servo connector delivers the throttle signal to the ESC, and the ESC sends telemetry data like voltage and current back to the receiver. The AR630+ receiver throttle port (Channel 1 port only) will automatically detect when a Smart-compatible ESC is connected. ESCs with Smart and IC series connectors can also pass along battery data from compatible Spektrum Smart batteries. Spektrum Avian ESCs are compatible with the AR630+ receiver for Smart Technology features.</p> <p>For Smart to function, you must have a Smart ESC paired with a Smart Telemetry receiver and a Spektrum DSMX transmitter with telemetry. An update for your transmitter may be required for Smart features. See www.spektrumrc.com to register and update your transmitter. It consists of a set of transmitter configuration parameters stored within the receiver's model file. When binding to a receiver containing one of these model files, the user will be prompted to download the model file and overwrite the currently selected transmitter model with the one stored on the receiver. This will provide the user with an easy and simple way to acquire a transmitter model setup for their BNF model without the need to set it up themselves or search for and download the corresponding model online.</p> <p><em>Note: Supported transmitters currently are the iX20, iX14, and NX transmitters with the latest firmware updates.</em></p> <h3>SAFE® TECHNOLOGY</h3> <p>SAFE® (Sensor Assisted Flight Envelope) Technology flight modes help pilots avoid over-controlling their models. SAFE uses AS3X+ to deliver normal flight performance but with limited bank and pitch angles to prevent the aircraft from getting into extreme attitudes.</p> <h3>ANTENNA-LESS</h3> <p>The AR630+ features an internal antenna design that offers superior full-range performance. The AR630+ features fly-by telemetry and will send vital telemetry data such as current, voltage, temperature, and RPM directly to your transmitter.
