<p>In 1977, Lotus introduced a ground effect car, the Type 78 which had a slim monocoque chassis and wide side pontoons with undersurfaces like inverted aircraft wings. Round 6 Belgium GP in the 1978 season saw the introduction of the further evolved Type 79. The fuel tanks were placed behind the cockpit and the rear suspension featured effective inboard dampers. Mario Andretti was paired with Ronnie Peterson that year, and the former drove the car to an impressive pole-to-finish debut win. More success followed, with Andretti taking 5 wins to claim the drivers' championship and Peterson adding another win to help the team claim the constructors' title. <p>The kit is a fire truck with a Fuji Robin fire pump, sword scoop, 3.6m folding ladder, outlet, gold lever, hose backpack, removable rear seat, hose storage, and searchlight. Various fittings such as diffuse warning lights are also realistically replicated, and although it is a smaller and lighter vehicle than usual, it truly speaks in volume!</p> <p>It's molded in various colours, so paint isn't necessary! <p>The K.I.T.T. (Knight Industries Two Thousand) advanced car from the classic TV series "Knight Rider" gets a model kit from Aoshima! This is the version of K.I.T.T. from the fourth season of the show, with four fog lamps and a detachable sunroof. <p>Aoshima's kit of the 2016 Toyota GRS210 Crown patrol car features a light bar elevator that can be assembled in either the raised or lowered position!
