<p>In the late 1940s the Commander of the U.S. Air Force announced a competition for an aircraft to conduct air correction of artillery fire, which would also be used as a communications airplane. The need to develop a new plane was connected to the fact that the previous aircraft types in this category dated back to World War II and had an archaic design, including the use of such materials as wood and canvas, with which the flying surfaces were covered. The new aircraft was required to be all-metal.</p> <p>Of the proposals tendered, the winner was the Cessna company, which according to the specifications required for the new type significantly modified their earlier Model 170. Primarily the changes concerned the fuselage, improving the view towards both the upper and the rear hemisphere. The plane could transport a pilot and one passenger, or one wounded on a stretcher; for this purpose the cabin doors were enlarged and special mounting brackets were fitted.</p>

<p>The Mitsubishi A6M Reisen (also known as Zero or Zeke) is a Japanese single-engine, full-metal low-wing fighter aircraft from the Second World War. The flight of the prototype took place on April 1, 1939, and it was put into service in the summer of 1940. Technical data (A6M2 model 21 version): length: 9.06m, wingspan: 12m, height: 3.05m, maximum speed: 533km / h, rate of climb: 15.7m / s, maximum range: 3105km, maximum ceiling 10000m , armament: fixed - 2 20mm Type 99-1 cannons and 2 7.7mm Type 97 machine guns, suspended - up to 250 kg of bombs.</p> <p>This is an injection-plastic jet aircraft model kit.</p>

<p>The Mustang was designed to use the Allison V-1710 engine (which had limited high-altitude performance in its earlier variants). The aircraft was first flown operationally by the RAF as a tactical-reconnaissance aircraft and fighter-bomber (Mustang Mk I). Replacing the Allison with a Rolls-Royce Merlin resulted in the P-51B/C (Mustang Mk III) model and transformed the aircraft's performance at altitudes above 15,000 ft (4,600 m) (without sacrificing range), allowing it to compete with the Luftwaffe's fighters. <p>Christoph Columbus, an Italian navigator living in Portugal, was fascinated by geography and wanted to open a new route to India by sailing westward. After the kings of Portugal, England and France had all refused to back his plan, Colombus turned to the Spanish monarchs, who appointed him admiral of an expedition comprising three caravels the NIÑA, the PINTA and the SANTA MARIA. After a voyage lasting more than month, Colombus discovered the Bahamas on October 12, 1492.</p>

<p>Its distinctive cigar-shaped, wide fuselage had the bomb bay located inside the fuselage, which significantly reduced aerodynamic resistance, and its original and outstanding design resulted in an aircraft with performance that exceeded military requirements.</p> <p>However, the integral tank later became a weak point of the G4M,<br>as even a small hit to the wing would cause it to catch fire, resulting in frequent damage in aerial combat. The total production of each type was approximately 2,400.</p> <p>This is a plastic model kit, which comes unassembled and unpainted.
