<p>The Sopwith 1½ Strutter was a British one or two-seat biplane multi-role aircraft of the First World War. <p>Fans of experimental aircraft are joyous at the release of the latest release from Skunkmodels Workship, the super-cool F-16XL Experimental Fighter in 1/48 scale! The XL concept was a development of the F-16, with the addition of a cranked-arrow delta wing. It could carry twice the ordnance of the F-16, and was fitted with a total of 27 hardpoints. The F-16XL was originally conceived as a technology demonstrator, but later was entered in the United States Air Force's Enhanced Tactical Fighter competition, where it lost to the F-15E Strike Eagle.
